1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Participants must meet the age requirements specified for each program.
All registration, medical, and consent forms must be completed prior to participation.
First Kick Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if requirements are not met.
2. Payment & Fees
Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for optional programs, extended care, or special events.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are only issued in accordance with the policy provided at registration.
In certain circumstances, such as illness or scheduling conflicts, alternative sessions may be offered at the discretion of First Kick Academy.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of First Kick Academy, if requested at least 2 business days before the program start date.
4. Health & Safety
Parents or guardians must provide accurate medical, allergy, and emergency contact information.
First Kick Academy follows structured safety and supervision protocols at all times.
Participants are expected to follow all coach instructions and safety guidelines.
5. Photography & Media
First Kick Academy may capture photos and videos during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Parents or guardians may opt out of media use during registration.
6. Transportation
Details for drop-off and pick-up will be provided prior to the program.
Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation unless otherwise arranged.
7. Liability
First Kick Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to sessions or programs.
Participation in soccer and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Kick Academy, its owners, staff, coaches, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parents or guardians agree to assume full responsibility for any medical expenses, damages, or liabilities resulting from a participant’s involvement in our programs.
8. Changes to Terms
First Kick Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
